We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking your order:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Lost/Stolen Packages：
Kemeitrimmer.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Shipping Price:
After you place the order,we will send the goods to you in 24~48 hours in weekdays or 48~96 hours during weekends and other holidays.
Normally,we will choose the Registered Air Mail as first shipment term,and if you want to use other fast carrier,You need to pay some extension cost,also you can leave message to tell us which shipment term you need,and we will try to meet your request.
After we ship the order to you,there will be a tracking number for you,and the system of the website serice will send an email to you,if you did not receive the email,please check your SPAM mail box,the email will be there!

Shipping Method

All orders must be processed before they are shipped. The total time to receive your order is split into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time. Please use the chart below to help gauge how long it will take to receive your order.Processing time differs from category to category. Refer to the table below for more precise processing and shipping times to better estimate when you will receive your order.
Processing time = From the time we receive your order to when we packaging it, 1-3business days are needed to check your order, confirm your payment and verify your address.
Please pay attention to that we do not process your orders on weekend or holidays. Therefore, please allow another 1-3 business days to process your weekend orders.
Actual shipping time = The time it takes for the shipping companies to deliver your package to you.
In general, the delivery time of each international courier is as below:
Registered Air Mail: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 7-15 business days from the day they are shipped.
However, it may delay due to industrial strike action, severe weather, custom reasons or peak seasons, such as Christmas/New Year Holidays.
Please be aware that the shipping time may be influenced by many factors, such as customs inspection or postal delay. If you can’t receive packages within 4 weeks, please kindly inform us.
